Mastering Rehabilitation and RestorationÂ
Whole House Renovation
Staging Dining Room for Re-Sale
This renovation and restoration project focused on the entire ambience, mechanical, and structural integrity of the house. It included outfitting it with a new roof, ceramic tiles in the kitchen, family room, and both bathrooms, and new blinds throughout. The entire interior of the house was painted.
Â
In the kitchen, the existing cabinets were painted with a soft contrasting grey to add class and compliment the new backsplash, countertops, black and stainless-steel appliances, recessed lighting. An island cabinet base was added with the same countertop to create additional seating (via a bar) and storage.
Â
On the exterior, the house and shed were power washed, and the expansive elevated deck received minor repairs and staining.
